Repeat Prescriptions

We would be grateful if could order your routine repeat prescriptions as follows:

Online – if your chosen pharmacy is indicated, we will email to pharmacy. Private prescriptions incur a fee which may be processed by telephone.
In Person – download our repeat prescription form print it out and fill in your prescription list. You can drop this at reception or post it into us.
You may also collect a repeat prescription form at reception, fill in your prescription list and drop/post it back into us.

Terms and Conditions

To ensure your safety we will need to perform a medical review with you in person once a year, if you on regular medication.
Any new medications, including antibiotics will require a GP consualtation in advance.
Many medications require monitoring of certain blood tests and vital signs.
Hospital prescriptions must be forwarded to the surgery so that your medication and medical record can be amended accordingly.
Chronic Disease Management, CDM, patients are required to have their medication reviewed at their 6 monthly assessment.
Please allow up to 48 hours turnaround for your prescriptions.
17-27 year olds Free Contraception services require a GP consultation, either in person or by telephone
